It is concerned with the task allocation and scheduling for multiagent systems, where each agent has its own set of capable operations of which processing times are known in fuzzy value earlier on. It proposes a two-stage genetic algorithm for task allocation and scheduling. It also introduces a strategy to handle agent failures in the course of task execution. In addition, it presents some experiment results to show the applicability of the proposed method.
